Are You Looking For A Therapist?

You don’t have to have it all figured out to start feeling better.

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by anxiety, depression, disordered eating, body image struggles, or relationship stress, you're not alone—and you don’t have to face it on your own. I specialize in helping people like you move toward confidence, connection, and lasting change.

I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and FBT, and I also bring creativity into the process through (also evidence-based) bibliotherapy—using characters and stories to deepen insight and healing. I'm the creator of The Character’s Toolkit, a podcast , instagram, and blog where I explore the mix of novels, mental health, and therapy.

Many of my clients are college students, transplants, or individuals who’ve worked with other therapists but struggled to feel understood. If you’ve ever worried you’re beyond help, I want you to know: you’re not. One of the most powerful parts of our work will be helping you see the strengths you may not yet see in yourself—and remembering you are worthy of recovery, connection, and joy.

I offer in-person therapy in Clayton, Missouri, and online sessions for residents of Missouri, New York, and Virginia.
